Instructions

  • Set aside the eggs after whisking them in a bowl.
  • Cook the chopped bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy.
  • Remove the bacon from the skillet and drain any excess grease on a paper towel.
  • Cook the sliced tomato in the skillet for 2-3 minutes, or until slightly softened.
  • Set the tomato aside after removing it from the skillet.
  • Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Pour in the whisked eggs and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the bottom is set.
  • On one side of the omelette, arrange the cooked bacon and tomato slices.
  • Fold the other side of the omelette over the bacon and tomato with a spatula.
  • Cook for another 1-2 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the cheese is melted.
  • Place the omelette on a plate and serve immediately.
