Instructions

  • Lift the edges of the omelet gently with a spatula to allow the uncooked eggs to flow underneath.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top of the omelet when it is nearly done.
  • Cook for another minute after folding the omelet in half, until the cheese is melted and the eggs are cooked through.
