Bacon, Sausage and Egg on an English Muffin Recipe

Enjoy a hearty and filling breakfast on an English muffin with this classic combination of bacon, sausage, egg, and cheese.

Ingredients

• 2 links of breakfast sausage
• 1 toasted english muffin (split)
• 1 slice of cheddar cheese
• 2 slices bacon

Time Needed

• Prep Time: 10 minutes
• Cook Time: 20 minutes
• Total Time: 30 minutes

Instructions

• Fry the bacon until crispy in a nonstick skillet over medium heat, then remove and set aside.
• Cook the sausage links in the same skillet until browned on all sides, then remove and set aside.
• Remove the egg from the skillet and set aside until the whites are set but the yolk is still runny.
• Place one half of the toasted English muffin on a plate and top with a slice of cheddar cheese.
• Place the cooked bacon and sausage links on top of the cheese.
• Cover with the remaining half of the English muffin and top with the fried egg.
• Serve right away.
