Tomatoes and Scrambled Eggs Recipe

Instructions

  • Whisk the eggs with a fork until the yolks and whites are completely combined.
  • Melt the butter in a nonstick frying pan over medium heat.
  • Add the chopped tomato to the frying pan and cook for about 2 minutes, or until it softens.
  • Pour the whisked eggs into the frying pan and stir with a spatula constantly.
  • Continue to cook and stir the eggs for 3-4 minutes, or until they are scrambled and fully cooked.
  • Season the eggs to taste with salt and pepper.
  • Serve the scrambled eggs and tomatoes at room temperature.
