• 1/2 cup hollandaise sauce
• 2 toasted english muffins, split
• Four large eggs
• 4 smoked salmon slices
• 2 teaspoons chopped fresh chives

• Total Time: 20 minutes

Instructions

• Toast the halves of the English muffin until golden brown.
• Place a smoked salmon slice on each muffin half.
• Poach the eggs until they are done to your liking.
• Poach an egg on top of each salmon-topped muffin half.
• Drizzle the eggs with the hollandaise sauce.
• Garnish with chopped chives.
