  • Cook Time: 5 minutes
  • Total Time: 10 minutes

Instructions

  • Toast the bread and butter it to taste.
  • Add the white vinegar to a pot of simmering water.
  • Separate the eggs into small bowls or ramekins.
  • Slide the eggs carefully into the simmering water and cook for 3 minutes.
  • With a slotted spoon, remove the eggs from the water and drain any excess water.
  • Season one egg on each slice of toast with salt and pepper.
