Instructions

  • Over medium heat, bring a pot of water to a simmer.
  • To the water, add white vinegar.
  • Separate the eggs into ramekins or small bowls.
  • Slide the eggs into the water gently, one at a time.
  • 3-4 minutes, or until the whites are set but the yolks are still runny.
  • Using a slotted spoon, remove the eggs and drain any excess water.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
